水，電，網絡

The rent includes all hot water, heating, electricity and unlimited Internet.  This does not mean, however, that guests use unlimited energy in the household.  If the cost of utilities exceeds £100 pounds in any given month (which is highly unlikely with reasonable use), guests will be required to share in the payment of the amount exceeding £100 pounds.  John&Cici will provide the utility bills to guests as evidence if that occurs.

To secure your accommodation, you must provide one month deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.  If property is damaged during your stay, the value of damaged property will be deducted against the deposit.

Monthly payment of rent MUST be done by direct debit from an UK bank account.  John&Cici will help you set up a direct debit, and to close off that direct debit at the end of your stay.

Finally, all guests will sign a rental contract in order to comply with UK laws and regulations.

Guests may terminate the rental agreement early by giving John&Cici 6 weeks notice prior to the leaving date.  John&Cici reserves the right to keep the deposit if insufficient notice has been given.

清潔

A clean house is a comfortable house!  Guests at 倫敦打工度假小窩 are expected to keep the flat in a reasonably clean condition.  John&Cici recommends setting up a timetable so all flatmates have responsibility for common cleaning chores.  We can help with that.  In our experience, creating common rules and standards that all guests agree to, produce the best outcomes.

John&Cici reserves the right to inspect the condition of the house at least once a month. If the condition is in an unsatisfactory condition, John&Cici may hire a professional cleaner to regularly come by and clean the house.  Any fees incurred by the professional cleaner will be split equally between guests and added to the rent.
