Anerley is a small hidden gem of a nest within easy commute from central London.  In fact, it is only 21 minutes by express train to London Bridge.  In fact, let's prove it using Google Maps now!

You can reach the Crystal Palace and the park within 10 minutes by bus.  Crystal Palace itself is a famous location in London, home of the world's first World Exhibition in 1851.  The railway station is a throwback to another era, and worth a visit in itself.

Anerley and Crystal Palace is very...British.  There are many traditional pubs and bars, where you can experience traditional British lifestyle.  The best place to enjoy food and drink is 'the Triangle' at Crystal Palace, where there is a selection of restaurants, pubs and bars.

Life is a real pain if you can't pop out and grab some groceries.  What is shopping like in Anerley?  You would be happy to know that there are over 10 convenient stores and supermarkets within 15 minutes walk of 倫敦打工度假小窩!  Here they are on a map for your convenience.  

Prices and quality can vary a lot between supermarkets, here is a quick breakdown of your likely choices:

Aldi - very cheap, average quality
Tesco Express - open until 11pm every night, medium prices, average quality
Sainsbury - largest supermarket in the area, medium prices, good quality

We would recommend Aldi for buying essentials on the cheap, Tesco when the other shops are closed, and going to Sainsbury for your weekly shopping and for better quality goods.

We are super excited to tell you that Anerley is very close to Ikea.  Yes, Ikea!  First, walk to Birbeck station, which is 10 minutes walk from 倫敦打工度假小窩.  Then take the tram from Birbeck to Ampere Way.  25 minutes later, you are at Ikea!  I for one love Ikea even just for lunch!  Here is what your trip would look like:
